Denise Rizzo-Ranieri

Denise Rizzo-Ranieri, M.S. Ed.

President & Co-founder, Chief of Design & Innovation

Denise Ranieri, M.S Ed., is the Co-founder and President of RCS Learning Center. While working in different organizations and settings serving children with developmental disabilities, Denise became passionate about wanting to provide higher quality services and education for children. She and her husband started RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, and Denise devoted her time to consulting with public school teachers and parents around the Boston area to design a handful of special education programs, which would set the foundation of RCS. Feeling that even more could be done for students with autism in the community, Denise and her husband opened RCS Learning Center in Natick.

Natalie Sandmann

Natalie Sandmann, B.S., is the Chief of Operations at RCS Learning Center. Natalie possesses extensive experience in both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, specializing in accounting, payroll and human resources. Natalie is also an active member of her community and plays an integral role in development, networking within the community to promote a consistent brand, and to acquire new partnerships and funding for the organizations.

Christina King

Christina M. King, Ph.D, BCBA, LABA is the Executive Managing Director and Chief of Research and Application at RCS Learning Center. Chrissy has researched and presented at more than two dozen local and national conferences on a variety of topics related to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her areas of expertise include Verbal Behavior and teaching communication, derived relations, staff training, and instructional design. Chrissy also currently serves as an adjunct professor at Simmons University in the Behavior Analysis Department.

Eileen Y. Lee Breger

Eileen Y. Lee Breger, J.D., LL.M., is a trusts and estates attorney at Bowditch & Dewey (Boston, Framingham and Worcester), who concentrates her practice on estate planning, tax strategies, special needs planning, long-term care planning, and estate and trust administration.  She frequently works with: Individuals and families on their estate planning, including blended families; high net-worth families in need of asset protection, business succession planning and gift and estate tax strategies; families providing for special-needs family members, elders in need of long-term care planning; Personal Representatives and Trustees on probate matters, estate settlement and ongoing trust administration.

Alvin Lavoie, B.S., CPA, serves as a Financial Consultant for RCS Learning Center. Al is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting. Al holds a B.S. from Bentley College and served as Chief Financial Officer for a large restaurant conglomerate based in Massachusetts for 23 years before transitioning into semi-retirement for clients including RCS and JHK Enterprises.

Jennifer Rutland

Jennifer Rutland, M.S., Ed., BCBA, LABA, is a special education strategist and the owner of AdvUcate, LLC. As the former Executive Vice President of Realizing Children’s Strengths, she spent over 2 decades helping to build RCS’ programming to ensure the diverse needs of all students could be met. After seeing the struggles most families go through to get their children much needed services, she was inspired to create AdvUcate, LLC. Using the decades of clinical experience she has along with her knowledge of special education law, Jennifer works closely with families in over 50 districts in Massachusetts to ensure their children are getting necessary services and supports from their school districts. From developing appropriate IEP’s, acquiring essential services, and securing out of district placements, she guides parents through every step of the special education process.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Education from Simmons University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology of Learning and Development from Framingham State University.

Greg Boyle

Greg Boyle, M.S.W., MBA, joined the RCS Board of Directors in early 2022 and is a former RCS Learning Center parent. Greg’s career has focused on providing supports to children and families, beginning his career as a social worker. He currently serves as a Regional Network Manager with Beacon Health Options. Greg holds an MSW in Social Work from Simmons University and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
