While working in different organizations and settings serving children with developmental disabilities, Denise became passionate about wanting to provide higher quality services and education for children. She and her husband started RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, and Denise devoted her time to consulting with public school teachers and parents around the Boston area to design a handful of special education programs, which would set the foundation of RCS.
